The Stingray Expression Analysis System integrates software and database components to provide an integrated analysis of gene expression, function and analysis. This system provides an advanced gene clustering algorithm, a class matrix for interpreting statistical relevance of gene classifications, and graphing to visualize expression levels. The software on this system can be integrated with GeneMine for sequence analysis capabilities, and gene expression profiles are displayed both graphically and via a spreadsheet. Users can interact between the graph and spreadsheet for subsetting and enhanced visualization.
