Gaining Efficiency Through Faster Integration of Single-Use Products

With the need to produce more products in less time, Saint-Gobain has come up with a solution to assist its customers with completing a single-use design in less than an hour using an online rapid design prototyping system.

“What it's really allowed customers to do is compress the time it takes them to develop a process and to bring a product to market. Products that used to take 18 months to 3 years to develop and get to full-scale manufacturing can now be developed by half to a third of the time,” says Chris Shields, marketing manager of single-use products at Saint-Gobain.
