ESI-TOF Mass Spectrometer

The BioTOF II Electrospray Ionization Time-of-Flight (ESI-TOF) Mass Spectrometer is used for the study of proteins and non-covalently-bound complexes, such as drug-protein, protein-protein, and protein-ligand interactions. Its flexibility makes it ideal for proteomics, genomics, and peptide applications.

The device includes a fast digitizer and is PC-driven with a simple-to-learn user interface and proteomics software. It also features an ESI source that is optimized for high m/z and proteins, and includes a spray chamber with four spray positions and dual sample inlets for post-column mixing; off-axis spray positions for high-flow work with minimal source cleaning; and a nanospray accessory.
