These DNA Library Panels are designed for the rapid identification of cDNA clones. Each library panel enables you to identify the positive clone of interest with three sets of PCR reactions. The clones are ready for expression in tissue culture cells because the libraries are litigated into a mammalian expression vector with the CMV promoter. There are 500,000 clones in each library, and there is no colony screening by DNA hybridization needed. There is also no need for the large scale plating of bacteria or pulling of filters. In addition, degenerate and specific primers can be used to screen the panels.
