Bio-Simplex™ Sterile Disposable Centrifuge Tubes

Bio-Simplex™ Sterile Disposable Centrifuge Tubes are ready-to-use cost-effective single-use containers designed for general biopharmaceutical manufacturing applications such as preculture and sampling. The centrifuge tube assemblies are gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10-6 (SAL 10-6) and are double bagged prior to sterilization. The assemblies feature a C-Flex® 3-port EZ Top® closure assembly engineered to ensure an unobstructed fluid path, extremely low levels of extractables and a secure elastomeric seal against plastic, glass and metal surfaces. C-Flex® is a pharmaceutical-grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that allows the user to easily seal and weld the tubing. Bio-Simplex™ Sterile Disposable Centrifuge Tubes include a standard Polypropylene tube, cap, diptube, swabable valves, female Luer locks and a 0.2 μM vent filter (for sterile gas exchange). The sterile centrifuge tubes come in a standard size of 50mL.

3. Pharmaceutical-grade C-Flex® TPE tubing material is compatible with sterile connecting devices and tube welders.
4. Thermal bond between stopper and tubing prevents compromise of product.
5. EZ Top® closure assembly of high purity pharmaceutical grade C-Flex® TPE provides integral seal to glass, plastic and metal.
6. Provided double bagged and gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10-6 (SAL 10-6)
