Micro- and medium-scale protein purification and assay using 6xHis-tagged biomolecules are now automated on BioRobot Systems. These multipurpose workstations integrate Ni-NTA-based protein purification and assay technology, sophisticated hardware modules, and QIAsoft operating software to improve productivity by minimizing manual sample handling. Ni-NTA Magnetic Agarose Beads allow automated purification of up to 15 µg protein per well as well as a flexible range of assay applications, while the Ni-NTA Superflow 96 BioRobot Kit provides automated purification of up to 100 µg protein.
