Application Note: Automated Optical Density Monitoring Of Parallel Chemostat Cultivations

Medicel Explorer Cultivation Unit provides the possibility to perform parallel batch, fed-batch and chemostat cultivations. The 15 small-scale bioreactors are equipped with integrated sampling system, which gives the possibility to efficiently collect samples from each of the cultivations. A flow-through optical density probe enables OD monitoring from all vessels with one probe.
