Every base pair in the sequence region is resolved, even in areas of high GC content or difficult secondary structure. The work is performed in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices as specified by the FDA and results are presented in a comprehensive report that can be incorporated into an application to be submitted to the FDA or other regulatory agency.
