The company has introduced Hollow FiberCell Culture Systems. Hollow fiber cartridges provide increased surface area and promote growth of over 108 cells. Cytokines are dialyzed away from growing cells while secreted proteins and antibodies concentrate in the extra-capillary space. Protocols are available for monoclonal antibodies, recombinant protein, adenoviral vectors and endothelial cells.
