Aids Research Reagents--Anti-Mouse HIV-1, gp41 Clone 10E9 Monoclonal Antibody
Unit Size: 100 µg
Product Characteristics:
This mouse monoclonal antibody reacts with Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) gp41 envelope transmembrane protein. Anti-HIV-1 gp41 (clone 10E9) also exhibits strong reactivity with HIV-1 env gene precursor gp160 using Western blotting. The antibody is of the IgG1 subclass and has been purified from serum-free cell culture supernatant by ammonium sulfate precipitation. The antibody is supplied frozen as purified immunoglobulin in phosphate buffered saline.
Recommended Usage:
Antibody dilutions should be prepared using buffers containing suitable protein in order to stabilize antibody activity. The antibody may be used to detect HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein in virus or infected cell preparations using Western blotting, immunofluorescence and RIPA.
Storage: Aliquot and store at -20°C.
