Accelovance Addresses CRA Shortage With Accelovance Academy Inaugural Graduation Class

Rockville, MD (Marketwired) - Accelovance, Inc. (Accelovance), a global contract research organization (CRO) focusing in vaccines, oncology, and general medicine clinical research held a graduation ceremony yesterday for Accelovance Academy's inaugural class of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

In response to the shortage of CRAs in the research industry, Accelovance established the Accelovance Academy to internally develop high quality CRAs through a regimented and consistent training program. Accelovance partnered with Life Science Training Institute (LSTI) to develop a 7-week intensive CRA training program. The individuals graduating as part of the inaugural class were hand selected based on their background and education from a pool of over 75 applicants. As part of the new CRA training program, students completed practical work applications, passed all assessments with scores of 90% or above, and will perform on-site work alongside senior experienced CRAs. Accelovance is delighted to announce the first graduating class of 6 new CRAs who have successfully completed this rigorous program.
