PEEK (polyetheretherketone) tubing is biocompatible, chemically inert and can be used in place of stainless steel tubing in most liquid analytical systems. PEEK tubing can be used with stainless steel nuts and ferrules, flangeless fittings, or any Upchurch Scientific® universal Fingertight fitting.

This tubing is commonly sold in 5-foot sections; however, most sizes are also available in 50-foot (part numbers followed by L) or 100-foot (part numbers followed by XL) sections.

General information on PEEK:

Upchurch's PEEK tubing is extruded to exacting tolerances. The Total Indicator Runout (TIR) — a measure of concentricity — is a mere .003". We also guarantee our 1/16" PEEK tubing to be within ±.001" of its stated OD, and the 1/8" OD PEEK tubing to be within ±.003" of its stated OD.

This tubing is extremely flexible and can be cut to desired length with a razor blade or — better yet — with our A-327 tubing cutter. Just a quick cut and it's ready to use — no reaming, no filing!

The most common IDs are color-coded for easy identification.
